Submissions
Music Submissions: We
are always looking for new music videos of any genre. When
submitting your videos remember these things and send this information
along with them:
* The video must be of a band that has at least one female artist or musician in it.
* Send in a picture of your band or cd cover and the name of your band to videosubmitimc@yahoo.com with the subject line as the name of your music video you're submitting to us.
* Then upload your video following the guidelines here:
[link to brightcove submission form] with the actual title of your video as the title.
* By submitting your video you consent to IMCTV or IndieMusikChick.Com
using your videos for programming on IMCTV and throughout the site and
on IMCTV's YouTube channel to promote IMCTV.
* By submitting your video you are also saying that you are the
copyright owner or that you have permission from such owner to submit
the video for IMCTV's usage.
* Not every video submitted will be accepted. While IMCTV will
accept videos deeemed graphic, violent, or those containing nudity such
as uncut type videos we reserve the right to denie any video.
* NO ROYALTIES WILL BE PAID TO BANDS THAT PARTICIPATE WITH IMCTV. IMCTV is used to grant willing musicians further exposure.

Movie Submissions:
IMCTV is commited to helping indie filmmakers get their works out to
the masses. Each week we try to feature a new work that we feel
our audience will like. Please keep the following things in mind
when submitting your works and also submit the following information:
* Send the movie's title, description, rating, film length, director and cast information to moviesubmitimc@yahoo.com with the subject line as the title of your film.
* Then upload your movie here: [Brightcove submission form link here] with the name of your film as the actual title line.
* By submitting your movie you consent to IMCTV using your movie for
programming and for promotional usage on sites such as YouTube, Myspace
TV, and Squidoo.
* By submitting your video you are saying that you are the copyright
owner or have consent from such owner to submit it and give us the
power to use it in the said ways above.
* Not every movie submitted will be accepted. For various reason
too numerous to explain IMCTV cannot accept every movie submitted
though we will try to accept as many as possible. While IMCTV
does accept graphic, violent and movies containing nudity (not
including pornagraphy) we reserve the right to denie any movie we wish.
* NO ROYALTIES WILL BE PAID TO THOSE THAT PARTICIPATE IN SUBMITTING THEIR MOVIES TO IMCTV. IMCTV uses its station and this site to highlight and grant exposure to those films that are accepted.
